I offer counselling for individuals from my quiet, welcoming therapy room in Maidenhead.

I am a qualified and experienced Counsellor. I have a BA (Hons) in Person Centred Counselling from the University of Middlesex and a Diploma in Person Centred Counselling from Metanoia Institute.

I have experiece of working with a wide range of issues including: -

Anxiety
Bereavement
Stress, including work stress
Relationship difficulties
Sexuality
Depression
Childhood sexual abuse
Anger

Cost

Sessions last for an hour and cost £35. I am happy to negotiate a discounted fee for those on a low income, please ask.

Supervision

I also offer person centred supervision for counsellors. The cost for this is
