Hello and welcome to my website.

I offer counselling for individuals  from  my quiet,  welcoming therapy room in Maidenhead.  I am a qualified Counsellor with over 18 years experience, working with a wide range of issues including: -

I am committed to providing counselling in a holistic way, which means I work with you as a person and not as a series of issues or problems.

I have a BA (Hons) in Person Centred Counselling from the University of Middlesex and a Diploma in Person Centred Counselling from Metanoia Institute.

I have a certificate in Couples Counselling and a certificate in Psychosexual Therapy.

I also have a certificate in Adoption Support Counselling and work with adults who are adopted as well as adopters and birth parents.

Supervision

I have an Advanced Diploma in Supervision from The University of Warwick. I offer supervision for qualified counsellors and psychotherapists as well as those in training. I currently offer individual supervision as well as running groups locally for No 22 in Maidenhead and Youth Talk in Windsor.
